Renter/Lessee must fill out rental agreement, have a valid charge card and driver’s license in order to rent units.
Security deposit of $250.00 in the form of cash, must be paid on time of check-in and will be refunded
pending a favorable property inspection.
Non-refundable 50% deposit to hold reservation - Balance due day of check-in.
If smoking outside clean-up any debris and fully extinguish smoking materials.
No Pets Allowed Inside or Out. Violation of the above is subject to a minimum cleaning cost of $250.00.
