Security deposit  of $250.00 must be paid on time of check-in and will be refunded pending a favorable property inspection.   Non-refundable 50% deposit to hold reservation - Balance due day of check-in. No Smoking Inside of Units If smoking outside clean-up any debris and fully extinguish smoking materials. No Pets Allowed Inside or Out. Make sure to close the door to shed in order to keep out unwelcome guests. 3) Please DO NOT FLUSH dippers or sanitary napkins in toilet, please place in garbage. 4) Towels and bedding is not to be used for outside use.   5) Firewood is provided at an additional cost to the renter and is located in the bins next to the barbeque. – Cost $15.00 per bin. 6) Fireplace and fire pit is for your enjoyment and must not be left unattended. All fires are to be completely extinguished before leaving the area of the fire. 6) Renter/Lessee is responsible for their own, and their guests’ safety if you/they attempt to access the river.   7) Additional guests are not permitted at rental with out advance approval and will be charged for use of property.   8) Guest is responsible for personal property and the property of the rental unit.   9) Guest will be charged for all damage to unit or contents and any additional cleaning beyond normal maid services.   10) Please park on the established driveway and parking area in front of the garage not on the lawn or grass.   Please be considerate of your neighbors and enjoy your visit to the river in a quiet and peaceful way. Guests assume all responsibility for all personal accidents and liabilities, person contents, rental unit contents, and securely locking unit at the end of their stay.
